Honesty Determination - another source for getting at the TRUTH!!!

All submissions are for research purposes only.  Any indications of dishonesty merely raises question or doubt regarding the statement being analyzed.  This process will support any suspicions already ascertained or point out individuals who may require further scrutiny.

40 scripted writing characteristics are utilized when determining a HONESTY QUOTIENT SCORE.

SCORE          TYPE                      DISCRIPTION

0  -  1           SAINTS                   Upstanding, truthful

2  -  4           HUMAN                   Honest overall, but "to err is

                                                human".  In our diverse cultures,

                                                we often accept degrees of

                                                deviation from strict

                                                standards of truth.

5  -   7          SCOUNDREL             Untrustworthy, deceitful, and

low regard for truth.  Depends on

form level of writing and the

                                                writer's value system.

8  or more      VILLAIN                   Dishonest, with possible

                                                criminal tendencies.

The paragraph below is often used as a copy paragraph for research purposes.  It contains ample content with relation to the alphabet and word phraseology not commonly used.  Personally, it is my belief that when someone is copying from some other source that spontaneity is diminished and doesn't allow for free-flowing thought processing which inevitably will reveal more of a person's character and maturity level.  You may want the applicant to share his knowledge about the job position, where they expect to be in the next 5 years, what special experience they can bring to the job, why do they want to work for this particular company, etcetera.

"I long ago lost a hound, a bay horse, and a turtledove, and am on their trail.  Many are the travelers I have spoken to concerning them, describing their tracks and what calls they answered to.  I have met one or two who had heard the hound, and the tramp of the horse, and even seen the dove disappear behind a cloud, and they seemed as anxious to recover them as if they had lost them themselves."

From Walden Thoreau
